I got my sewing machine today and made my first project! I love the machine so far, and can't wait to test it's limits. On to the placemats though. I got some stunning fabric at Hancock Fabrics two days ago and I couldn't wait to use it.

I made a few coasters too. I tried out making my own labels as well and I really like how they turned out.
